End of year holiday schedule
Our offices are closed on December 24 and 25 as well as on December 31 and January 1.
Easter holiday
Our offices are closed on Good Friday and open on Easter Monday.
Statutory Holidays
Our offices are closed on the following statutory holidays: National Patriots’ Day, Quebec National Day, Canada Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving.
Summer schedule
Our offices close at noon on summer Fridays, from the last Friday in June to the last Friday in August, inclusively.
Request to open an account
We offer the usual payment terms – net 30 days on approved credit. Download our account request form and return it to us signed by email. Your request will be processed quickly by our accounting department. Thank you, and look forward to serving you!
Our FTP server
Large file transfer? Use FTP!
Our server automatically informs us when the transfer is complete.
On our home page, enter your Username and Password. Then click on Login. You will instantly be in your reserved area. Click “Envoi de fichier” (Upload File). Select the files to transfer from your computer. Click “Démarrer envoi de fichier” (Start File Upload). The upload begins immediately. You can select up to 5 files simultaneously. Once the transfer is complete, click “Fin de session” (End Session).
